| Siemens and Stadler appeal against Flexity order filed on: 01.06.2016 (1st Jun 2016) Siemens and Stadler have appealed against the awarding of Zürich's new tram order to Bombardier. Siemens is claiming its offer was about 50 million cheaper in acquisition and some 200 million in terms of lifetime costs, and that furthermore not all critreria were duly taken into account. Stadler complained about the very long time taken to reach the decision. source: bahnhofplatz.net
