| Basel: Fare confusion around Weil line filed on: 21.12.2014 (21st Dec 2014) Basel's tram extension to Weil was opened on 14th December. Being outside Switzerland, some confusion has raised as to the validity of Swiss travel passes and tickets. It appears that Generalabbonnement is valid but SwissPass is not.
