Genève: TOSA bus update
Looking back on the TOSA trial ten months on, the prototype has operated on average three to four days per week and accumulated 8000km without any major problems or failures. The price of energy consumed is 30% lower than that of an equivalent diesel. TPG planns to deploy vehicles of this type of route 23 from 2016. Route 23 is presently a diesel route. The decision not to use it as an immediate trolleybus replacement as previously suggested is good news. Tram magazine 05-07.2014
